Stability and performance analysis of hybrid integrator–gain systems: A linear matrix inequality approach

چکیده

Hybrid integrator–gain systems (HIGS) are nonlinear elements designed for overcoming fundamental limitations of linear time-invariant integrators. This paper presents numerically robust conditions time-domain stability and performance HIGS-controlled systems. In particular, using piecewise quadratic (PWQ) Lyapunov functions defined over polyhedral subregions the state-space, computations upper-bounds on L2-gain H2-norm formulated as convex optimization problems in terms tractable matrix inequalities (LMIs). order to improve accuracy robustness, LMIs constructed a manner eliminate explicit equality constraints typically related continuity PWQ functions. Novel presented that guide further refinement which increase approach. The effectiveness analysis tools is demonstrated through numerical case-study motion system.

Imagine that you get such certain awesome experience and knowledge by only reading a book. How can? It seems to be greater when a book can be the best thing to discover. Books now will appear in printed and soft file collection. One of them is this book stability analysis of fuzzy model based control systems linear matrix inequality approach. It is so usual with the printed books. However, many...

A Linear Matrix Inequality Approach

This paper addresses the problem of designing stabilizing controllers that minimize the 7 l ~ norm of a certain closed-loop transfer function while maintaining the C1 norm of a different transfer function below a prespecified level. This problem arises in the context of rejecting both stochastic as well as bounded persistent disturbances. Alternatively, in a robust control framework it can be t...

A Linear Matrix Inequality Approach toH 1

The continuous-and discrete-time H 1 control problems are solved via elementary manipulations on linear matrix inequalities (LMI). Two interesting new features emerge through this approach: solvability conditions valid for both regular and singular problems , and an LMI-based parametrization of all H 1-suboptimal controllers, including reduced-order controllers. The solvability conditions invol...

Model predictive control of non-linear discrete time systems: a linear matrix inequality approach

Using a non-linear model in model predictive control (MPC) changes the control problem from a convex quadratic programme to a non-convex non-linear problem, which is much more challenging to solve. In this study, we introduce an MPC algorithm for non-linear discrete-time systems. The systems are composed of a linear constant part perturbed by an additive state-dependent non-linear term. The con...
